ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS
NO HATE SPEECH /RACISM WILL BE TOLERATED of ANY KIND OR YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED NO EXCEPTIONS
🎀Studio session Late fees :
$15 late fee upon arrival ( please arrive on time to find parking , & use the restroom before your apt there is no public restroom no exceptions 🎀) 10 min grace period
🎀If you’d like extra session time🎀 :
•🎀Extra 40 mins add on ( or if you go over the scheduled session time amount : $50 fee )
•🎀No limit customization session add on $100 (up 5 hours max in one session)
🎀All packages must be paid in full at booking.
- No-shows = no refund u may reschedule for a fee before your next appointment to ensure your attendance
- Once you start working on your doll → NO exchnages (customization process is your own personal experience and the outcome depends completely on you so have fun and take your time don’t be afraid to ask for help and get creative don’t worry about crafting and mess 🎀).
- All sales final.
- Children under 16 must be supervised at all times
- Under 18 need parent consent form signed
No extra guest unless req. before apt 🎀

Q: Do all packages include the doll?
Yes! Every package includes a doll plus studio access.
Q: What’s the difference between Basic and premium?
Basic = • Choose 1 outfit ( 4 total garments) & 1 accessories
premium package = More outfits, more accessories, full supply access, and artist assistance.

Q: Can I bring my own doll?

Q: Can I add extra accessories?
Yes! Extra retail items are available in-shop.
Q: What happens if I’m late?
please arrive on time there is a 10 min grace period but your Your session may be shortened or a late fee may be applied see full description on our website 🎀
After 15 minutes without contact, it’s considered a no-show.
HOW TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT:
1. Choose your doll package on our website.
2. Complete payment at checkout (all packages include the doll).
3. DM us on Instagram @YourInstagramHere with your name + order number.
4. We’ll schedule your appointment date and time.
5. Show up and create your Dream Doll!
No-shows receive no refund. You may reschedule before your appointment for a fee.
